At St. Bernard Academy, we believe learning takes place everywhere. All our classes take many service learning trips around the city. For example, junior kindergarten students visit the local firehouse close to school and the 6th Level students visit Mercy Convent to help the Sisters of Mercy with projects around their home. Our classes also visit the Tennessee State Capitol, Nashville Children’s Theatre, Gentry’s Farm and the Country Music Hall of Fame, among others, for cultural learning experiences. Our 8th Level students also visit various private high schools in the city to help them make their decision once they leave SBA.
