Annual Fund

2025-26 Annual Fund - Shine Bright, SBA!

The Annual Fund bridges the gap between tuition and the true cost of an SBA education. Gifts provide immediate support for student and faculty needs, allow us to seize new opportunities, and add value across academics, arts, athletics, and student life.

Annual Fund Giving Societies

Our Annual Fund giving societies celebrate the generosity of our community and honor those whose support makes a lasting difference. Each level demonstrates the tangible impact of your gift:

Red & White Society - Up to $999

Support at this level can furnish a classroom library, enriching learning for every student.

1866 Circle - $1,000+

The Head of School Circle honors all donors who give $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund. Members lead the way in sustaining SBA’s excellence. Within the Circle, we recognize the following giving societies:

1866 Society – $1,000–$2,499

  • Gifts at this level can fund the equivalent of a grade-level field trip.

St. Bernard Society – $2,500 - $4,999+

  • Gifts at this level can support the equivalent of purchasing textbooks for one grade level.

Sisters of Mercy Society – $5,000–$9,999

  • Gifts at this level can fund an average SBA financial aid award.

Head of School Society – $10,000+

  • Gifts at this level support capital improvements, such as the recent renovation of the Sabo Center hallway.

Save the date: 1866 Circle members are invited to a stewardship reception on Wednesday, November 12.

SBA does a fantastic job of keeping each student engaged and learning regardless of their ability; and, they work very hard to put the best interests of our children first. I give to the Annual Fund each year because my gift provides financial flexibility to the SBA administration to create and try new learning experiences for all its students.
