Tuition for the 2008-09 school year is $8,200 per student. Beginning with a third child enrolled at St. Bernard, the tuition will be $6,870. Included in this amount is a $500 non-refundable deposit due when your contract is returned. The only added expenses will be for those utilizing aftercare, bus and the lunch program.

Nashville Diocese. Consequently, Saint Bernard Academy does not receive any financial support from
the Diocese of Nashville or any of its parishes.

Financial Aid
There is no question that an independent school education is expensive. The costs of experienced,
talented and caring faculty, an extensive and progressive curriculum, broad extracurricular programs,
and extraordinary facilities are significant. We understand that funding the cost of independent school is
a challenge to many families who are committed to providing financial aid based on family need.
Our financial assistance programs enable students who might not otherwise have access to private school education to enroll at SBA. No qualified student should be deterred from applying to SBA based
on financial constraints, and families who feel they need assistance are encouraged to apply for aid.
Once application is made to SBA, parents should request financial aid by completing the financial aid form and
submitting it to the independent agency with its required fee. Financial Aid awards are determined in April
separate from admission decisions.
